I had to remake my corn pudding yesterday. I’ve made it many ways, but the latest way, I incorporated my new friend. Saucy Mama Chipotle Mustard. I call it my friend, because frankly I’ve downed so much of it, I may have to order me a few more bottles. I’ve found way too many uses for it.
So, as I was saying, I created yet another corn pudding recipe using this wonderful spicy, zesty sauce. I’ve probably stated this too many times on this blog, but I don’t like “heat” spicy. I like flavor and spice. I love savory dishes, not ones that leave you breathless and needing gallons of milk to take away the scorching for your tongue. The Saucy Mama Chipotle Mustard adds flavor. Rich, robust flavor!
