Using Saucy Mama’s Apricot Ginger Mustard, I created a sweet and tangy pasta salad. Not only is the dish tangy and sweet, but most of all, easy! If you’ve not used broccoli slaw mix, you’re in for an additional treat!

1 1/4 cups plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup Saucy Mama Apricot Ginger Mustard
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 Tablespoon, or more honey
13.25oz. box whole wheat Rotini pasta, cooked and cooled
12oz. bag broccoli slaw mix
1/4 cup diced apricots (optional)
1/4 cup sesame seeds (optional)
salt and pepper, to taste
In a small bowl whisk together yogurt, Saucy Mama Apricot Ginger Mustard, oil, and honey. Taste. If necessary, add 1/4 teaspoonfuls of honey until desired taste is acquired.
Combine cooled pasta with slaw mix in a large bowl. Pour the dressing mixture over the pasta mixture, add apricot pieces (optional), sprinkle sesame seeds (optional) and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
